In 2026 we reinvented the company as AI Digital Business Solutions, Inc., focused on one mission: putting practical AI to work in everyday offices so businesses can do more with less.

Meet the founder

Rick Forehand is the founder and President of Digital Business Solutions. He started the company in 2004, and in 2026 he reinvented it as AI Digital Business Solutions, Inc., a Virginia corporation. Rick has spent 30 years in information technology, digital marketing and artificial intelligence. His background spans the As Seen on TV industry, logistics and supply chain, which gives him a practical understanding of how businesses actually run. Today he helps companies adopt AI office solutions that cut costs, streamline everyday work and let teams focus on what matters most. His approach is plain and practical: he looks for technology that delivers real savings, not hype.
